When I ask clients what they want to achieve, I hear the same phrase over and over: ‘I just want to be happy!
You need to know what makes you happy or unhappy in your life, if you want things to be different. My favourite saying is: If you keep doing the same things, you will get the same results.
If you want things to change, then this workshop will get you started.
You will learn:

- The habits that take you away from being happy.
- How to make choices that keep you happy.
- Strategies and action steps to build confidence and self esteem.
This is a 3 hour workshop of self discovery and a few laughs!
If we really want to be happy, we must first learn that happiness is a way of life, not a state of being.
Really happy people work at it to be that way. It doesn't just happen by chance. They do things like have gratitude, give thanks for what they have and focus on the positives in their life.
If you want to be happy you must believe in everything that you do, otherwise you will be unhappy. In saying that, it is only when we are put in uncomfortable situations that we are more likely to step out of our comfort zone and start searching for different ways to live our lives. Then the answers we find will hold more true to who we are. At least that's what I have found.
Eventually when we start seeking and finding answers, we will find what we love to do in life and in doing what we love, we will find happiness unmatched by any happiness that we may have seen in any other part of our lives.....
